Merchandise Theme Issue

Hi, I followed the steps to install the merchandise theme.

After completing install, the home page is completely broken. Does not look like the template at all

Please can you complete a clean install of the Merchandise theme for me so I can start to build my website, if you can do a full install with it all working and all plugins updated etc

But without activating the theme license on the site, you can not import the demo properly. If you will send me the purchase code in the private content area, I will activate the theme by myself and install the demo on your site.

Hi, I’m just not happy with the theme or the demos, It seems it won’t work for the purpose I intended.

Can I be issued with a refund on the Theme Forest purchase. I have already sent the request.

I will ensure not to use the theme and you can deactivate the code. Please allow it as a one time exception

Hi, I will continue with the theme. Please install the below theme for me. It must operate and look exactly like the demo. From there, I will make the required image and text changes.

The theme as been installed, and license added. Have not done anything else to ensure you can operate it correctly. If you can also update any plugins required, and install any premium plugins etc needed.
