Migrating from Staging Site to Live Site

We created a staging site and installed theme. We want to adjust settings in theme and layout and graphics on staging then copy all over to live site easily. How is best way to do this? Can we simply copy CSS folder or does the theme make database changes too? Please explain fully. Thank you !

Ok so we already migrated our live site to staging and then installed your theme on staging. If we design the theme to get it the way we want, what is the easiest way to get that version onto production site? Is it just copying css folder? Or other solution?
