Migration from other theme to Woodmart

We are migrating from the other WordPress theme to Woodmart.
We used before Elementor for our website.
We have 8000 poducts and many pages, we want to save it.
But we need to install demo content.
I have a question: When I upload a demo pages, will the old pages and products be deleted? Or it will stay as it was?

The products will not be deleted because they are related to WooCommerce, the pages will also be saved.
