Mini cart not updating cart page when groupped products are added

    Hello, I have an issue with the mini cart — the cart page doesn’t update when grouped products are added. I’ve attached a video as a demonstration.

    Hello,

    Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme and the WooCommerce Storefront theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not. Also, please check the site with our theme but only with the theme default plugins activated, and deactivate all the 3rd party plugins from the site.

    If the issue is with the Woodmart theme, share the WP login details and let me know, I will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

    Please proceed with the test using the Storefront theme and check if the issue with grouped products and mini-cart/cart update still occurs.

    Hi, I had time to test with the Storefront theme and with non-essential plugins disabled, and the cart is still empty. I noticed that this happens on the desktop version, not on mobile—only when there are multiple products in the cart, including at least one grouped product.

    Thank you for testing and providing detailed feedback.

    Since the issue persists even when using the default WooCommerce Storefront theme and with non-essential plugins disabled, this indicates that the problem is not related to the WoodMart theme.

    Please contact the WooCommerce community in this regard. They will guide you better because this functionality comes from WooCommerce.
