SaveFamilyParticipantHello,
We’re having an issue thats been bothering us for some months now in our production environment that can’t be replicated in test to fix it. The mini cart from the theme/woocommerce its always in blank eventhough it has items in it. We tried everything in test to replicate it but we failed doing so, we researched every possible solution like incompatible plugins, ajax requests wc-ajax=get_refreshed_fragments, cache issues and much more but nothing seems to be working. Yesterday we thought about doing a duplicate of our production environment in our test one and it surprised us that in test everything worked correctly. We’ve been thinking it might be an issue with the theme license or any other license.
We need help with this issue because we need to apply some changes that only can be applied to the theme/woocommerce mini cart and also to avoid using innecesary plugins.
Ps.: For now we’ve been using a plugin for the mini cart and the issue it’s not visible in our production environment because we have a large traffic of clients that shouldn’t face problems while buying our products.

SaveFamilyParticipantHello,
As I told you, currently the issue is not visible and the cart in the site is a plugin that is working perfectly, but we want to get rid of it and use the one that is provided by default.
We just did the test making the theme cart available and it doesn’t work. You will see in the video that, at first, it doesnt appear. When testing we made both carts available so that our customer could still navigate throughout our site with no cart issues. As you will see in the video, the moment we get of the product page and navigate, we get the problem. Later on the video I show the devtools and you can see there is a wc-ajax=get_refreshed_fragments issue.
We need your help. Thanks

Hung PhamKeymasterHi SaveFamily,
Thanks for details.
It’s usually caused by the cache, you should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

SaveFamilyParticipantHello,
We have 2 main things:
– We can’t deactivate any plugins from our production environment because it’s in constant traffic of clients, so we can’t have any issues with the website
– We have the same exact plugins, config and all in both environments (test and production) so if it was an issue with a plugin, we would experience it in both sites but its not the caseWe need a more dedicated solution to our specific case, I can offer admin and FTP access so that you can take a look at it but I can assure you we tried everything and deactivating plugins to debug in our case it’s not gonna be possible.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi SaveFamily,
get_refreshed_fragments
issue usually related to server side. You can create a dev site, also called a Staging platform where I can test issues without affect the main site. The below article will help you to create it:https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-create-staging-environment-for-a-wordpress-site/
Kind Regards

SaveFamilyParticipantHello,
We already have a test environment that I’ve been mentioning all along. I have no problem giving you access to it but the issue doesn’t happen there. I tried replicating the error but nothing seems to work even after duplicating our production environment directly into our test one. I attached FTP info so please inform me when you access and which are your conclussions.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi SaveFamily,
I am always try my best to help you and wanted to fix it ASAP, but it’s hard to know the root cause of problems without checking behinds. I kindly recommend you to create dev site, provide me wp-admin details and I will take a look.
Thanks for understanding.
