In Header builder it is enabled
in theme option is enabled too

is there any document to check why it not working?

Yes now it works because I had to reset the factory theme settings, and after that, I configure the theme again.

Yes you did, But you respond very late, and I solve it by my self, at that moment, there was problems and with resetting theme it was solved
