Miniaturas categorias

me he traido un sitio web ya hecho, instale meti nueva licencia, cambie diseño demo, y todo bien. Pero quiero añadir miniaturas de imagen en categoria de productos y hago click y no se abre la biblioteca de medios. Solo tengo miniaturas en la que me traje importadas del otro sitio web

Tambien me ocurre que apariencia>personalizar se queda en blanco.

There is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

Pues algo he liado, fui desactivando plugin, y me dio error critico.

Restaure copia de seguridad, pero sigo entrando en modo de recuperación, intento reactivar plugin y te adjunto capturas de los problema me da.

he restaurado una copia más antigua, ya que restauré una de hacía unas horas, fui desactivando y actualizar este plugin volvió a salir error critico:

YA LO HE SOLUCIONADO, fu renombrando en FTP los plugins hasta dar con el que generaba el problema, era el plugin Woocomerce, lo renombre, volví a subir y elimine el antiguo, todo volvió a funcionar correctamente. Por el camino hice algo parecido con WPBakery Page Builder y me dejó actualizarlo.

Tenías razón todo era un plugin, pero no me imaginaba fuera Woocomerce.
