cdytebgParticipantI have updated two questions
I want to update woodmart from 7.1.3 to 7.1.4. but the mini cart does not seem to work and is blank even though items are in the cart (see image cart)
When I update my theme the two screenshots ‘ homepage’ and homepage1′ change from triple column to single column? Is there a way to stop this happening?

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.
Please, confirm the permission for plugin deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.
Best Regards

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
It seems to be a conflict between the Elementor PRO plugin and WooCommerce. We have already checked and it doesn’t work also with a default Storefront WooCommerce theme. You need to contact Elementor PRO developers for help on this matter.
Let us know if have any further questions.Kind Regards

cdytebgParticipantI thought elementor was required to operate the theme? But it is also causing a conflict with your theme?

Artem TemosKeymasterElementor Pro is not required for our theme. You can use it with Elementor free version only. Also, it conflicts with the WooCommerce plugin, and not with the theme itself. Feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.
Kind Regards

cdytebgParticipantThis is not what woo-commerce are telling me, they are advising it is a theme issue?

Artem TemosKeymasterYou don’t need to contact WooCommerce for this. As we said, it is a well-known bug in the Elementor Pro plugin. A lot of our customers already contacted plugin developers and they confirmed this.
Kind Regards
