Minor problem on theme with product bundles after upgrade

    Dear Support,

    Thank you very much for the recent update.

    After the upgrade, I found an issue with product bundles. Product link and screenshot is attached for reference. Before the upgrade, I was able to see the clear variations button only when I would select a variation, however, after the upgrade, I can see that the “clear” button is visible always on the bundle product. Is there a way to fix it?

    Hello,

    As we can see, you have an additional plugin that has this “Clear” button and our theme doesn’t influence its styling. You can contact plugin developers for help on this matter.

    Hi Artem,

    Thank you for your response. Before the upgrade, this button was not causing any problem. I still have the previous version of the theme running on our other store and its working properly. I have shared the URL in the section below if you can have a look. If you still think nothing on the Woodmart update caused it then I will contact the plugin support.

    Thank you for looking into the problem.

    I see that you are looking into a variable product and not the bundled product. I have sent the problematic URL in the section below. The problem exists in the staging site as well.

    Hello,

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
    We don’t know how the plugin worked before but we don’t see anything in our theme now that may affect this.

    Hi Artem,

    Thank you very much for looking into this.

    I checked the problem with storefront and twenty twenty theme and I can see the same behaviour that I have now with WoodMart. However, my other store, which is on old WoodMart version has the correct behaviour which was before the WoodMart theme upgrade on my problematic site. The bundle product URL of the website which is still running the old version of the WoodMart is shown below in private area just for comparison.

    I am also sending the link from the new site and you may check both the URLs for comparison. I would really appreciate if you have a look one last time and if you can confirm if its not because of the WoodMart upgrade, then we can close this thread.

    Hello,

    Yes, we already checked this but don’t understand what is wrong. The fact is that our theme doesn’t influence it in anyway and it is how the plugin works by default with any theme. We recommend you contact plugin developers for help.
