Misalignment of promo banner elements in mega menu

When creating an HTML block for a mega menu, the first promo banner element is misaligned. I’ve tried to figure out why by comparing the css styles applied to each element, but they appear to be the same. What is going on?

Enter each column settings > Design tab and make sure all the paddings and margins are empty.
