Misbehaving Functionality

Hi, I have purchased the WoodMart – Responsive WooCommerce WordPress Theme today and I was trying to build the website. first product pic I uploaded with few gallery pic, according to the them the gallery pic should appear beneath the Main pic but it is not appearing. I try to delete the website and start over from the beginning, at first when i added first simple product it was showing fin on product page as it should, hovering on image zooms in also I got gallery pic beneath, as soon as i added scheduled sale price and refresh the page both functionality (zoom over hovering and gallery pic) gone I did try to delete the product add again nothing helps. I did not change anything on product page setting hide and show tab. is it a bug in the program or there is something I must be missing. Can I get a help on this please. Please note there is a notice about WPBakery (Hola! Would you like to receive automatic updates and unlock premium support? Please activate your copy of WPBakery Page Builder.) and to activate its not free I guess there nothing to do with WPBakery but I thought I should let you know .

This is third time I deleted whole website and try to install from fresh and this time those two functionality (zooms over hovering and Gallery image ) seems to work fine but the sale price on schedule dose not appears neither the countdown window appears. A screen shot for right setting attached for your review. If it is a bug then my whole effort of making the website will be useless so please help. Thanks

Please provide your site admin access and product URL with the problem.

Advice, please, what I should check:

– thumbnails gallery – is there any problem now or not?
– sales price schedule with the countdown – is there any problem or not? Have you enabled this feature in the Theme Settings > Product page > Show/hide elements find and enable the option?

As for the WP bakery page builder. WPBakery Page Builder and Revolution slider come bundled with our theme but they can’t be activated with our purchase code. Actually, you don’t need to do this. Only in case you want to get free premium support from its author, you can purchase it from Codecanyon. But it is not necessary since we will always provide you with the latest updates in Appearance > Install plugins.

You will be able to get the recent version of the plugin as soon as we release the update, meanwhile, you can take the recent version of the plugin from your profile of the forum and follow these steps:

1. Make the full backup of your site.

2. Deactivate and delete the current version.

3. Upload the new version from your portfolio on this forum.

4. Upload and install in Dashboard > Plugins.

Thank you for your reply, I figured it out the issue.
any changes made on page and updated will not show on an open page unless you close the opened page and press Preview again.

Here is another issue
I see two strange Menue added in my main menu SPECAIAL OFFER , PURCHASE THEME. Please lets know how it appeared there and how to remove them.

Please navigate to Woodmart > Header builder http://prntscr.com/iyd2pe

Choose the proper header type (your current) http://prntscr.com/iyd333

Find the text block in the right bottom corner, open it and check. It should be this menu, remove the block.
