Missing Additional Products on the Product page

We have a problem, we want to place another product directly below the price or description that is needed for the main item. We would have liked to have marked this with an additional sale or an on and off box. We have pinned an example.

Is there a way to implement the s or do you need a plugin

I saw the screenshot you attached.

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.

It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
