jasonUk44ParticipantHello… there is no background colour displaying in the header (Top Bar or Header Bottom). The colour is showing as selected in the header builder but not displaying on the site. No matter what demo I install this just doesn’t work. I have used this template many times and all see to be working but this one… 🙁
Ive regenerated the CSS and cleared the cache but nothing works.
can you please advise ASAP.Thanks

jasonUk44ParticipantIve reset the template and the header colours appear but vanish as soon as I import the base content. Ive compared the CSS files from another install and there is a missing line of content that controls the header background colour…
Ive checked this against other demo installs ive done and all of them have issued with the top nav bar not showing correctly.. please advise ASAP as this is causing me delays!
.whb-top-bar doest show up in the code as if its been deleted yet it shows on the header builder!!
thanks

jasonUk44ParticipantOn further investigation I have found a possible cause. Once you import the base information the header ceases to function correctly. You cannot change the colours on any of the header sections… this however works on a previous version of the template.
please provide a fix and an explanation on how it was done as I plan to use this template on another project.

jasonUk44ParticipantI have tried to re generate the CSS file as indicated with other issues however this completely breaks the layout of the site.. full reset, clean install and still as soon as you change the header it vanishes. will not accept any colour modifications.

jasonUk44ParticipantDue to a lack of timely support I have had to install a previous version of the theme which works perfectly. I can only assume that there is an issue with your updated version. This is not what I expect from a premium theme. Please advise on how to update to the current version without damaging the current site.
I would also like a fix for the above issue.

jasonUk44ParticipantUpdate.. Once I have imported the base information from your server the issue once again appears.. please can someone help me with this. Ive lost nearly a full day of work on this.. the update is broken!

jasonUk44ParticipantAlso when installing custom fonts or changing current ones out the theme becomes broken.
Missing icons and unrelated fonts show up not ones that are chosen.
