Missing data information message is not updated at checkout

At checkout, when some information is missing from the address, mark the fields that need to be completed, so far everything is fine. but after I add the information to the missing fields, a message about the missing fields is activated, and the page also scrolls to the top to see the message.
What could have caused the message to go out of control or what can I do to update it after adding the information so that it can be removed from the screen?

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty Four or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
