missing elements on woodmart

Hi again, awesome and perfect theme btw,
i have some missing elements and issues that i need to resolve.

here you can see the font i got on the slider revolution, its the ugly default font .. and i already configured “Poppins” font on slider revolution ..

Here the shopping cart is missing the icon and the elements inside of it, also the font is not correct and the sizing ..

Here i configured the facebook login succesfully but you see the blank square ? the facebook icon is missing as well ..
Also how i can send customer directly to their facebook app to login ? because right now when i click to login with facebook it opens up the browser and its not very easy like the app, i need the option to redirect the login inside the facebook app on smartphones ..

Hello,

1) If you want to use some other font then you need to edit that specific text layer inside your slide and inside the style option there is an option of font family, you can choose your font from this option.

2) If you want to change the font family for that sidebar heading you have to select your font family from “Widget titles font” option inside the Theme Settings >> TYPOGRAPHY.

As your shopping cart icon is missing just deactivate all your third party plugins and then check back.

3) As your Facebook icon is missing, I notice that you have “Facebook for WooCommerce” plugin, deactivate it and then check back the icon once.
Sorry there is no such option available in theme to redirect the login inside the facebook app on smartphones.

4) As the icons in your site not shown, to fix this try to regenerate the CSS from WoodMart >> CSS generator.

Also, please go to Theme Settings and resave it and check your site after removing the browser cache.

Also you need to make sure that the “http” or “https” used in URL must be the same in both “WordPress Address (URL)” and “Site Address (URL)” from Settings >> General.

thanks for your reply.
1. Already did that, and all of the sliders have “poppins” font, but for some reason it dont load on the live site, it loads correctly only if i edit the slider ..
2. Same here, inside Typography I choose “poppins” font on all of the font options, but still i get some elements that dont load the currect font.

I deactivated all plugins and the issue is still appears, I need more proper solution then this, believe me i dont want to hassle you too much lol and i already did what i can to try to solve this but you are the developers ..

3. facebook icon fixed for now, too bad you dont have an option to redirect the login through the facebook app on smartphones .. consider this as a feature request because its going to be better for a lot.
4. I created new css file and make sure the social icons is on and still not working, I did exactly what you said .. resave on theme settings, deleted site cache, deleted browser cache, its like they are gone ..

1) You mean while editing your slide the correct font family shown but on the homepage the correct font family did not shown which you have chosen for your text right.

But at my end the correct font is shown, You are using “Electronics-2” slider in your home page, when I open the slides and check the font family you are using for the text layer it shown ”Montserrat”.

Then I inspect from front end and check that the correct ”Montserrat” font family is used for that layer.

So, it was just a cache issue, You need to clear your site and browser cache. Also you are using “CDN” cloudflare in your site, so just flush the cache. I suggest you to disable those cache tools while your site is under construction.

2) About your sidebar title “SHOPPING CART” it also displayed in your specified font “Poppins”. If you want to fix the alignment then switch to your parent theme from Appearance >> Themes, because due to your customization in child theme your sidebar not shown fine. You can check the results, when I switch to parent theme, the icons also shown just fine:

3) I’m glad that your Facebook icon issue is fixed, Yes we will try to consider this feature request in the near future coming release of theme, Appreciating your suggestion.

4) Kindly deactivate all of your third party plugins and check back the social icons on single product page, if they still not shown then remain the third party plugins as disable and allow me to troubleshoot your site.

1. ok im checking about the font issue and will let you know about that.
2. shopping cart fixed when you activated main theme, and then i activated again the child theme and it breaks my site, i mean the site + the admin panel went blank white screen .. hosting support helped me with this, so i need to reinstall the child theme, my question about that is if i reinstall only the child theme it will break the site ?
3. on main site facebook logo is missing again, and also the social logos, the follow + the share buttons, i dont see them at all, tried to disable all plugins but it didnt work, currencly i cant disable all plugins and wait until you inspect the site because it is a live website and it will harm the business.
Please see and try what you can do about that, also some small elements are missing now, like the X button for clearing the variation selection ..

2) Normally the child theme did not breaks the site until you use some inappropriate customization inside it. To setup the child theme in an appropriate way you can follow the below documentation: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/child-theme/

3) Your problem is resolved. Now Facebook as well as other social icons the follow + the share buttons are displaying just fine.
