missing gallery

For some reason, the gallery images uploaded for a certain product don’t show up. What could be the issue? Example and access provided in the private content area.

Hi Eric,

The product I linked you in the private content has images for gallery ( http://prntscr.com/jf9s7n ) but on the product page itself there are no images. I noticed that the gallery images can only be seen when hovering over the product in the shop but are not on the actual product page.

We checked your site and for us, the gallery works fine.
