Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we could check it?

I found it, there is problem with 3D FlipBook – Lite Edition.
Do you know another plugin for flip book, who works with your Theme?

It looks like this plugin conflicts with our header builder functionality. As a workaround, you can temporarily disable the plugin while configuring the header.
