Missing left-right arrows in Portfolio Carousel

Hi,
after update Theme and Elementor to latest version, I lost left-right arrows in Portfolio Carousel.
I would like have them back, but also choosing navigation bullets under the carousel, they appear truncated (attached picture) both in editor page and in the live site. Everything seems ok in the Elementor Carousel settings so it’s possible there’s some bugs. You can see here the page: https://narrateworld.testmenow.it/gli-autori-narrate/
Site is going to be online soon and I would like to solve this issue.

Due to the elementor container width it is not showing. Edit this page with elementor and edit the container and decrease the container width:

So if I want a full width slide I have to give up about arrows.
In this case I have to use navigation blues below the slide, but (second point of my question) these bullets are truncated. Ho to fix this issue.
