Missing Mobile Side Menu

It seems like I have created a menu and checked the box “mobile side menu”, but my menu still isn’t showing up on any mobile devices.

I have tried numerous ways like switching the color around, creating new menu, still nothing shows on the mobile side menu.

I have written down an admin access to the website.
I am afraid I do not have the ftp access right now.
Please let me know if you can fix this with the admin access.

Is there any way to know what JS error and why it was caused?

Hello there,

We have temporarily installed woocommerce plugin for your web-site to fix JS error. When the next theme update will be available just deactivate it. And your menu was empty because you didn’t add any items to it in Appearance -> Menus.

Check now please.
