Missing setting in Appearance menu

HI,
can you please tell me, why in my appearance menu, when I add some new page, post or something else I do not see extended options from here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/create-mega-menu/ – all Dropdown settings missing? I see only navigation label? :\

You need to save the menu first. And then, after reloading the page you will see all the custom fields. Let me know if it works for you.
