Missing thumbnail size for optimizing webp

Dear,

Can you please have a look at the email exchange that I’ve had with Imagify support team.

I’ve been trying to identify why some webp images are missing for certain images, and it ended up by the Imagify support team suggesting that the Theme is missing some thumbnail size of images.

“Since the thumbnail size is missing it might be best to contact your theme provider to add a new thumbnail size or why this thumbnail size is not added.”

Is there anything you can do about it?

Everything is explained in the email provided in the initial post.

Go to Media and search for the file “food-image-rosemary-opt.png”
Then go to Imagify and see the list of Thumbnails sizes found in the site.

Sorry, but how can we “go to Imagify”? Please, send us a screenshot or a direct link so we can check.

Go to “Plugins” > Enable “Imagify”
Go to “Settings” > Imagify > Thumbnails
