Missing WPBakery theme elements

I’m looking for the Product Filters element but there’s only 10 elements listed in the menu. Snip attached.

I saw the screenshot you attached.

Please make sure that you have set the page builder to WPB from Theme Settings >> General.

Then clear cache and check back. If the problem continues then provide with the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

Please deactivate all the third-party plugins, activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.

If the problem continues then leave all the third-party plugins deactivated and tell me with the permissions to debug then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.
