Missing Xtemos Elements in WPBakery

To create our web pages, we use the WP Bakery Page Builder elements.
But we noticed that many Xtemos elements are missing in the WP Bakery interface. We don’t have all the elements present in your documentation:

Can you help us to solve this problem ?

I saw the screenshot you attached.

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme and Recommended plugins then clear the cache and check back.

If the problem continues then deactivate all the third-party plugins and provide with the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

I confirm that we have the latest version of the woodmart theme ( 5.2 ) and the latest version of WP Bakery ( 6.4.1 ).

Please deactivate all the third-party plugins, activate the parent theme, and then tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

I have set the page builder to WPB from Theme Settings >> General and the issue was fixed.
