Mixed Language, Simple products English, Variation Dutch

I have this problem for a long time.
I see IN STOCK ( english ) but with variable item, when variation is selected , or the add to cart button is in Dutch
I want all to be just Dutch ( in stock should be visible as op voorraad )

Besides that, where can i change the Color of the text ”op voorraad ” i want to make it green.
