Mobil menu dark screen

Hi there. Please we have a problem with mobile menu – when we click the screen is dark and the menu is hidden… can you solve this, please?

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and temporarily switch to the parent theme (if you have a child theme)?
