I want to show categories on home page in mobile and iPad by 6 columns or 4 columns like screenshot below, please suggest me a beautiful option, so that i can create this properly exact what i want.

You can create template of rows and columns and configure the responsiveness as per your needs. I mean you can set the number of columns and width on mobile/tablet https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/responsive-column-control-width-offset-param-usage-explained/
Then you can use the Promo banner element and assign the links to the Product categories.
