Mobile Bottom Nav Off Canvas Menu Toggle Not Showing

I am on a fresh install of the mega electronics template and although I see the off canvas menu selector added to the mobile bottom nav, it is not showing on the front end?

I am building on local, how can I share access with you?

If its easier to give me some troubleshooting steps I can check myself. Its a fresh install and no settings to do with that have been tampered with and the only plugin downloaded is the seo framework.

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of theme theme (7.3.1) and the required plugins are updated also. If the issue remains deactivated the plugins not related to our theme and check the issue.

No luck. Theme is up to data. Deactivating all the plugins does nothing.

I specifically asked about the menu button not the filter button. In your demo it shows when on the home page. Im not seeing it at all. See screenshots.
