Mobile Bottom Navbar

Hi,

I reduced the height of the bottom nav bar using CSS code you provided. What is happening now is that you see a gap between the bottom of the footer and the top of the navbar when you scroll down to the end of the page on mobile. If I increase the height of the navbar to around 54px, the gap goes. How can i eliminate the gap and keep the height at 45px?
