Try to add the following code snippet to the Custom CSS area in Theme Settings to move that

.woodmart-toolbar {
    padding-bottom: 30px;
    height: 90px;
}

You need to create a new image for payments system you accept and upload it to your website. The current image is displayed in the copyrights area and you can find it in Theme Settings -> Footer.
