Mobile bottom navbar javascript onclick

Hello,
i see we can add custom button/links to “mobile bottom navbar”.
But we also can add this js to a button?
For example i wanna open chat-window when user click SERVICE button in mobile bottom navbar.
Todo that i have to enter this js:
Live Chat

My question is:
Is it possible to fire this JavaScript if user click on SERVICE navbar button?

Sorry, but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.
It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
