Mobile bottom navbar loads only when i am logged in as admin

Hello there,
the mobile bottom navbar doesn’t show up on my clients when they enter my site. I can only see it when i am logged in as an admin.

Please make sure that the Maintenance mode option is disabled from Theme Settings -> Maintenance.
