    What code should I put when someone clicks on the icon to take them to our viber contact, such as for the phone “tel: number” how do I set it for viber?

    I tried to enter the html code in “Custom button URL” but it won’t accept.

    I tried the following codes:
    Viber
    Viber
    Viber Contact

    All the codes are correct, but the “Custom button URL” section won’t accept those codes, why?

    Hello,

    Sorry to say there are no options in theme settings available for that. Such modifications require complicated customization that is not covered by our support.
