It looks like a cache issue because via the admin panel, there is no mobile navbar (https://prnt.sc/S_KZK2SDFclp). Please clear all caches including the server cache.

Then recheck the issue.

From the dashboard, it does not display the bottom bar. But if you access this link directly from your cell phone, the bar appears. Take the test, please.
We clear the cache and browse connections that had never browsed the site before and the bar, via cell phone appears in all of them. iPhone and Android.

I have checked from the phone itself and on my side there is no mobile navbar – https://prnt.sc/5A9ng30ivtC0, so the issue is related to the cache. Let me know if you have sorted it out.
