Mobile burger menu randomly not opening

Hi,
I’m using WoodMart theme and I have a random issue with the mobile burger menu. Sometimes when I click/tap the burger menu button on mobile, it doesn’t open. There is no specific pattern — it happens randomly on any page, in both normal and private/incognito browsing mode, on Chrome mobile.
I have already checked:
No JavaScript errors in the console
Disabled JS defer in LiteSpeed Cache
The issue was present before installing any new plugins
Could you please help me identify what could cause this issue?

Navigate to Appearance > Menu > in the menu settings, set the display location to the mobile side menu, and check the issue.

Also, you need to make sure that the “http” or “https” used in the URL must be the same in both “WordPress Address (URL)” and “Site Address (URL)” from Settings >> General.
If the issue still remains, deactivate the third-party plugins on your site and check how it works.
If the issue still persists, share the WP login details so I can check and give you a possible solution.

It seems to be a cache issue on your site, I have purged the cache from the lite speed plugin and the mobile menu is showing fine.

It’s always the same. I click, it doesn’t work, and sometimes it does—it’s random.

Could you please temporarily disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and switch to the parent theme? Test how it works and let us know if this helps. Keep them turned off so we can test this, either.
