How do the Payment Information module and Billing Details module of the mobile checkout page change their positions with each other. Don’t you have to fill in the address first and then pay? , how to pay first and then fill in the address?

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.

It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.

This was your mistake in the first place! ! ! When customers place an order, the first step is to fill in the address and then pay. Now you pay first and then fill in the address.
