Mobile Column (Filters) Problems

Dear XTemos,

We are facing a problem, where mobile menu (off canvas column button) bugs out. It does not load properly and makes huge space before products. Trying to use it then is impossible, as it just load dark background.

– it’s not a cache issue (when it happens – it shows even for logged in admin with cache bypass, purging cache doesn’t work)
– it happens randomly, even when “fixed” it comes back
– temporary fix is to turn off ANY plugin on website and turn it back on
– another fix is changing a layout on shop archive page in Elementor
– you may not be able to see it at the moment, as we are trying to “fix” it as soon as it happens.

It happened now, i’m not fixing it so you can take a look, but I do not want to keep it for a long time.

Second thing is, sometimes clicking menu (from header) on mobile does not work the first time. It ads # to link and nothing happens. It may open on third click for example.

Btw, we were changing a plugin so that it went back to normal at the moment as we mentioned.

Thank you, it may be fixed, we will watch if it comes back.

There still is a issue with mobile menu – if you click it as soon as website loads it will just add “#” to url and need another 1-2 clicks to get it to work. It sometimes bugs out even without clicking it that fast.

It has not changed since last time, you can look at post in this thread – last time you managed to fix it.

Disabling/enabling any plugin still fixes it – it is now fixed as we do not want to have it bugged on website.

As I said – it has been fixed sucessfully by you once, after I created that thread. It however happened again yesterday – maybe after 8.0 update it came back.

A “turn any plugin off and on fix” is temporary, just like last time.

The error is occuring on my second webiste. It is fixed now (turning off and on any plugin like last time), but happens everyday. You managed to fix it last time.
