Mobile Column (Filters) Problems

Problem occured on website I provided in private content about 4 times in last 2 days.

If you found the issue again, deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Purge all cache from your caching plugin and check again. If you’re using a CDN, disable it temporarily and see if the issue persists: https://ibb.co/JFtk995n

Well, deactivating ANY plugin (I guess it automatically cleans Elementor’s cache) gets it back to work so I cannot test like that with deactivating.

One website got it fixed and issue did not came back (it was the first from the thread). There are however 2 other sites with unfixed problem. There aren’t any crucial differences in plugins or server.

It is now bugging ONLY on categories pages, not shop page. Isn’t there really anything you could do? In my opinion it’s the implementation of “[XTemos] Extra – Column role for off-canvas layout” that’s causing the problem.

It’s back on one of them.

It happens on every device in mobile form and it is not caused by cache (happens even when uncached). It just randomly happened again.

Yeah, it is fixed, but I can’t really tell if permamently (as it was fixed like that previously).

However, when you’re fixing that issue my “Menu sklepu” text changes to “Show sidebar”. I don’t know if I should touch and edit it or it will break by doing so. Could you tell me why it has changed again and how can I rename it without breaking site?

Well I did not touch or do anything on my website and problem returned, again on that website in categories page.

It’s strange as it appears to be fixed on 2 other websites, but on that one problem returned again.

Maybe you edited the container in the layout in the off canvas column button widget and disabled the option “Column role”. Now I have enabled this option and it is working fine.

You should have 2 columns, and one of them should have the Column role for the off-canvas layout option. Edit the “Sidebar” column and in its settings set the Column role for “off-canvas layout” as “Off-canvas”: https://take.ms/puKlD

Nope, I didn’t touch it and I didn’t even open edit page for that layout, so that’s not the case. Let’s see if it will be persistent fix.

Well, and it’s pretty strange that it would break on category page without breaking on shop page if that was the case, am I wrong?
