Mobile Devices Missing Scroll Bar

Hi there, my scrollbar is missing on mobile devices. It shows when I make my window mobile on desktop, but when actually on mobile phone, the scrollbar is not there. I have added heights and width in the settings of the theme as well as colours but still it does not show on mobile.

You can find scrollbars on my home page when in mobile and browsing through categories.

I have checked your site on mobile. The scrollbar is showing fine under the products tabs on the single product page. You need to swipe the tabs with the finger touch on the mobile.

Navigate to Layouts > Edit Single Product Layout > Edit Product tabs widget and change the tabs style in mobile.

Hello, when you say it’s “showing fine” do you mean that scrollbar is visible for you on mobile? Because for me a=on my device it’s not visible.

It should have a scrollbar as the option is in the theme and some customers may not know to scroll if there is no indication of a scrollbar.

Yes thank you. I have put the login details in the private area.

You can even use the home page product tabs as an example. If you make the screen smaller on desktop to mobile size the scroll bars will be there but if you use your smartphone, you will see the scrollbars are not there.

Hello, thanks it was the browser i was using. I was using Opera and it does not have a scroll bar.
