Navigate to the Theme settings > Shop > Title and Sidebar > http://prntscr.com/maixo0 you will have sidebar icon, which shows the sidebar on click.

this is not a off canvas sidebar. this is standart shop sidebar and my settings allready off.

Your sidebar will be hidden on mobile.
