Mobile drop option issue

    Hi, when I try to choose an option in my mobile phone the option cannot be selected by simply touching the number and need to click the up or down arrow to confirm a option? Can i make it such that i touch the number and option be selected?

    Kindly advise.

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not?
