Mobile dropdown my account menu

Dear staff, the dropdown menu have a responsive issue, please see attached. How can fix it?

Most likely you have customized the widget or narrow the screen, on mobile view My account goes to the menu item in the mobile menu.
Please, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. This testing may take up to 15 minutes. You would better make the full backup of your site.

Yes, I tried with iPhone Xs and Samsung Galaxy S9 with all browser (Safari, Firefox, Chrome, ecc.). The problem persist. Also from the PC if resize the window, I see that the issue go out when the header is for mobile version.
