Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated for us to check.
In order for the default theme to take force, you should reload the page once more and you will see the default theme. I have checked now on mobile and see that the cart page is empty. It means that this problem is not caused by our theme.
Have you customized Woocommerce? If you have, remove the customization and try again.
