mobile filters cannot be scrolled down

The shop filter menu on the left cannot be scrolled down and cannot display all filters.

Please try to update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 8.2.7 RELEASED”, update the required plugin, and check the issue: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/

If the issue remains, turn off all of the plugins not related to the theme, clear your site cache/ server cache, and check if the problem persists.

If the issue persists, Navigate to Layouts > Disable the product archive layout and check how it works.

If the issue still remains, let me know, and I will check and give you a possible solution.

I turned off every plugin not related to woodmart and the issue persists so I turned off product archive layout and the issue is gone. But I like the layout I just turned off and would like to keep it turned on. This is the layout that comes from woodmart design by default.

It is an issue with your layout that is why it is not working. I have created a new layout on your site for product archive and configure the settings and the filters are scrolling fine on your site. Check back your site and check the new layout and customize it as per your requirements.

This is not my layout. This is your layout that comes with the woodmart layout by default so it should be working fine but it is not. Can you please check what is wrong with it and fix the bug or adjust the new one to look same as the broken one? Or please advise how to do it efficient way.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. This issue was present in the previous version of the theme but has been fixed in the latest update. Please update your theme to version 8.3.2 to resolve the problem.

As a temporary solution, you can add the following custom CSS code under Theme Settings > Custom CSS. Once you update the theme, the issue will be fully resolved.

}
