ProcomagParticipantHello,
I’m experiencing an issue with the Woodmart theme on a client’s site using WooCommerce and Elementor Pro.
On mobile devices, the hamburger menu does not respond on the first load: the first click does nothing, and only after a reload or a second click does the menu open.To isolate the problem, I’ve set up a duplicate test site.
On this version, there is no caching or JS optimization plugin (such as WP Rocket or LiteSpeed) installed. I have also cleared all caches and tested on several mobile browsers, but the issue still persists.
Important detail: when I deactivate Elementor Pro, the bug disappears immediately.Could you please let me know if this is a known issue and provide a fix or guidance for compatibility between Woodmart and Elementor Pro?
Thank you in advance for your support,
Best regards,September 23, 2025 at 6:02 pm #687714
Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
Thank you in advance

ProcomagParticipantHello,
Thank you for your reply.
To make your testing easier, I have already cleaned up the plugins: currently, only your Woodmart theme (and its required plugins), WooCommerce, Elementor, and Elementor Pro are active.
The issue still persists in this minimal setup. As mentioned earlier, once I deactivate Elementor Pro, the mobile hamburger menu bug disappears.September 24, 2025 at 9:13 am #687800
Artem TemosKeymasterWe need you to disable these plugins temporarily and send us your admin access so we can check this ourselves.

ProcomagParticipantIn extra information
September 24, 2025 at 11:46 am #687844
Artem TemosKeymasterWe see a lot of custom code in the child theme that can affect this. Please switch to the parent theme temporarily so we can test.
September 24, 2025 at 12:00 pm #687847
ProcomagParticipantI have just switched the site to the parent theme.

Artem TemosKeymasterWe see that theme scripts are duplicated on your website for some reason and that is why it doens’t work https://gyazo.com/913f881471a600eeca23d30ed682ec0a
Most likely, it is caused by the cookies banner functionality https://gyazo.com/570b6179c734e3dd79f62e2b8c6e5e2eSeptember 24, 2025 at 12:52 pm #687866
ProcomagParticipantI have disabled the cookie banner plugin and can confirm that the issue is resolved.
The problem indeed comes from the cookie banner duplicating theme scripts.Do you have a recommended configuration or list of exclusions for cookie plugins to avoid such conflicts with Woodmart?
September 24, 2025 at 2:33 pm #687892
Artem TemosKeymasterIt’s not a problem of exclusion; the plugin doesn’t work properly at all. Even if you exclude our theme’s scripts, it will duplicate others, and other functionalities won’t work as well. You should consult with the plugin’s developers for assistance.

ProcomagParticipantHere is the response from Cookieyes support for your future reference :
Greetings from the team here at CookieYes!
Thank you for reaching out!
Upon reviewing your website myver-sellerie.fr, it appears that the issue you’re experiencing is caused by the cookie woodmart_wishlist_count, associated with the script URL pattern wp-content/themes/woodmart/js, being blocked by CookieYes.
To resolve this, please try moving this cookie to the Necessary category.
You can locate this cookie under the Functional category. Simply click the three dots next to the cookie, select “Edit cookie,” and then change its category to Necessary.

Artem TemosKeymasterOK, thank you for sharing. Have you tried to apply the solution proposed by the plugin’s creator?
September 25, 2025 at 9:02 am #687998
ProcomagParticipantYes, and it is functional.
