Mobile header is appearing transparent

Few issues:
1. Mobile header is suddenly all transparent, I have check all setting and cannot figure it out. The icons on menu navigation are also missing. This is only occurring on home page. Other pages everything looks fine. The issue also only appears to happen when visitor is not logged into website. Any idea?
2. Image carousel element is not displaying correctly on mobile. However it is perfect on desktop. I have tried tweaking the settings in WP Bakery Back End editor but cannot figure it out.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, switch the parent theme, and check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
if the problem remains, even after the plugins are deactivated, make the full backup of your site and confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.

I actually fixed it by myself by referencing a previous thread response by @Aizaz Imtiaz Awan
Please Go to Theme Settings >> Performance and disable the Mobile DOM Optimization.

I don’t have a parent theme, I dont know what that is.
However, my issue regarding the image carosuel being shifted to the left on mobile still persists. Can you help with this?
