Mobile header show categories

    Hello!
    Is it enough settings to show the browse categories on the mobile header? Photos attached. Because its not showing. I already set the Categories menu elements at the menus page.

    Hello,

    The option you show on the screen would include the category menu within the mobile menu in a tab.

    The Browse category menu is displayed by means of the Catetogores element in the Header builder. This element shows the mega menu and not appropriate for the mobile view as mega menu blocks are not supported in mobe due to lack of space.

    Yes, I would like to reach that one. Photo attached about what I want. But in my site its not showing the categories. What can be the problem?

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    Hello,

    Now I am trying to disable the search form in the mobile header for testing and it does not work either. I suspect that this is the issue of the cache. Please contact your host support and ask to disable caching for a while.

    It was not a caching problem. It was a bug in your Retail-2 demo. Because I created a totally new menu and its working fine.

    Try to switch to this demo once more and check. I have also created a tested menu and checked. You can now delete it. This menu is Product Cat.

    I had problem with the Header Retail 2. After created a new one its working fine.
