Mobile header top bar

Hi, something is wrong with topbar and html block.
If you inspect with console you can see there should be html block but its hiding somewhere…

Please try deactivating all third-party plugins and keep only the theme-required plugins active. After that, switch to the default theme and check if the issue still exists. This will help us confirm whether the problem is coming from the theme or from one of the plugins.

If the issue is solved with the default theme, then you can activate the plugins one by one to find the conflict. If it still persists, please keep the third-party plugins deactivated and let me know so I can investigate further.

You are using Elementor Pro Element for this. I suggest using our theme element (Information Box Carousel) for this to create like this.

it doesnt make sense at all.. How i can do that to keep all layout the same… So why woodmart allow to change rows if its not working properly with html elements etc… what kind of support is this 😀 sorry doesnt work just remake everything because we dont know how to fix just WOW

When the row header columns option is selected, the header is divided into three rows, which is why the carousel elements are not appearing.

To achieve the layout you want, you can use the Header Banner element specifically for mobile. Go to Theme Settings > General > Header Banner and assign an HTML Block there.

Afterwards, you can hide the top bar on mobile by navigating to Header Builder → Edit Top Bar and disabling it for mobile devices.

What else you guys changed on test page because i cannot make to work header banner on live page.. all plugins everything is enabled on test page. And still works on test but not on live …
