Mobile Home different than desktop

the mobile is totally different than home, even with all plugin disabled.. how to fix it to have same desktop & mobile home

Mobile version differs from the desktop as it requires to fit all the content to the narrow screen, that is why part of elements are hidden in the header, and all the elements in the content goes one under another, number of items on desktop and mobile changes.
Please provide the list of what you want to change, I will check if it is possible and suggest how to do that.

Hello i know its reponsive but currently mobile from iphone is TOTALLY different than mobile from reponsive desktop view, see attached, test by yourself,
content missing, menu missing, logo missing, colors differents, css problem.. while the home is 100% responsive if tested from desktop
