Your problem description is not clear. As I understand you want the header overlay over the content. This option is provided in the Theme Settings > Header >Heaader layout.

HTML structure does not allow changing the layout by custom CSS. Such modification requires complicated code customization which is not covered by our support.

this is not layout just mobile menu nav bar i want to show in desktop and kindly tell me the file name and path if you cannot do it by the way we take 12 month support with this theme. if you do it for me really appreciate or if cannot help kindly provide the file name and path where we can change in code thanks.

This modification is not covered by our support. The mobile header and Desktop header have a different layout. Please find a developer who would do it for you.
