Navigate to WoodMart > Header Builder > Edit Current Header > Switch to mobile Header > add the Mobile Menu elements and check the issue.

If the issue remains, Please deactivate the third party not related to our theme and check the issue. If the issue still persists, share the wp logins details so I will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

After deactivating the plugins not related to the theme the mobile menu is showing fine. Check back your site and check the issue. Reactivate the plugin one by one to check which one causes the issue.
